Well as you can see from the title, I really haven’t touched this place in long time, and by touched i’m mean written in, hahahaha. Well I guess i better do a bit of an update. The summer holidays were really busy for me at work, alot of stuff was done at school (where I work). And I managed to get myself to Big Day Out, which was pretty cool, it was my first one, and hopefully first of many. Check out my photos at my flickr joint, here’s the link: Big Day Out Photo’s
And just a few days later I got myself to The Mars Volta side show from the Big Day Out tour. Now that was an amazing show, 2.5 hours of intense awesome music. And they only did 8 songs too, so that was about an average of about 18 minutes a song, pretty sweet ey?? That’s all the live music i’ve gotten myself to, but I’m going to see Broken Social Scene tomorrow night at The Corner Hotel.
In other news, well there really isn’t much other news. Hmm, well i’ve been doing alot of planning for my site Studio (Prisoner), the new way i’m displaying the name, what do you think? What I plan to do with the site will pretty much be the same but have some more features like a “Gig” page that will highlight some shows you should check out should you be in the Melbourne area.
Other website stuff, i’ve been given the job of working out a site for my church, so that should be fun, i’ve been doing alot of research on how i’m going to get this site to function properly and how we can use it to its full potential. I’ve also got to get a site up for youth now that we have a new name.
Well it’s getting late and I must get to sleep otherwise i’ll be really tired at work tomorrow. eep.
